Puerto Rican Times

Hello class this is Elijah Eide,

There are some really cool things in Puerto Rico.  Like today I saw a really big iguana! He was green and was eating grass. I posted a picture and video of it down below.

I also love the ocean. Today the huge waves knocked me down and salt water got in my mouth. 

After the ocean we went to this place called BaJuice. I got this sandwich called mallorca. It is basically a sandwich with eggs,cheese, and turkey ham with bread that has powdered sugar on it. It is really delicious.  

When I was at the Embassy Suites Hotel me and my brother Miles went to the gym.  We went on the treadmill,lifted weights,did sit-ups,did push ups,and lots of other things.

At the Hotel we heard the national frog of Puerto Rico the coqui. It sounds loud like a bird chirping. They are nocturnal so they only chirp in the night or when it is dark.

When we were in Old San Juan we went to an old fort that the Spanish used hundreds of years ago to defend Puerto Rico called El Moro. This is a picture of an old guard tower of the fort called El Moro.
